They bring misfortune and calamity to all things around them and those people so misfortune to be abducted by them are found later in a horrendous state...
However, normal people are unable to perceive the reality of things.
The victims of witches are recognized as 'accidents' and 'suicide'...
The only hope for humanity, is the existence of Magical Girls.
Those that can perceive AND fight against the horrendous witches!
But at what cost? Can they really... make their wishes come true...?

The method by which they level up and grow is different.

Magical Girl Mode = A Magical Girl battles with a Witch.
Witch Mode = After a Witch abducts a girl from the town.
